There are places I'll remember
all my life, though some have changed.
Some forever, not for better;
some have gone and some remain.
All these places had their moments
with lovers and friends I still can recall.
Some are dead and some are living,
in my life I've loved them all.
But of all these friends and lovers
there is no one compares with you.
And these mem'ries lose their meaning
when I think of love as something new.

“This song left me speechless, it is the only Beatles song I cannot explain or interupt.( although there are other songs) John Lennon wrote such as great song possibly one of the best during his beatle career. To me it's up there with "A day in the life", "Strawberry fields forever" and "Across the universe".”
