- About me
“Have been a Beatles fan since high school in the 1980s. Recently, I went through a period of about seven years or so where I didn't listen to ANY Beatles music at all; I actually avoided it.
The news of the remasters in the spring made me take out my LPs & re-listen. I forgot how wonderful they really were. It's nice to have them back in my life again!
The Beatles, Badfinger, Bob Dylan, George Harrison, Jellyfish, Jethro Tull, John Lennon, Jackie Lomax, Paul McCartney, Procol Harum, Traffic & Frank Zappa... pretty much sums up my musical tastes.”

“All those songs, the diversity, the creativity... I can listen to it over & over and never get bored. It's a perfect album, from beginning to end. Absolutely flawless.
It was the first Beatles album I listen to. I guess you might call it, "love at first listen."”

To Cobertus on 9th Sep 09:
“Thanks for the comments as well. It's actually impossible for me to pick ONE favourite Beatles song, but isn't that the problem for all of us?”
To PeterR on 9th Sep 09:
“I just received the mono box a little over an hour ago in the mail. : )
Where do I begin? The packaging is terrific, it sounds wonderful. I need to process it all, then step out tomorrow & get my hands on a stereo box as well.
It was certainly worth the wait!”
From Cobertus on 8th Sep 09:
“I would have to agree with what you said about Strawberry Fields.”
