“Ever since I heard the Beatles I was stunned. All I asked myself was "where have I been that I havent heard this music.", Since then I worked hard to teach myself the guitar. So as you can tell I am a 17 year old girl stuck in the 60's and I would give anything just to live in that era. John Lennon has been my inspiration in the way I think (I personally think crazy people run the goverment) and his music (solo and beatles) always makes me feel free. I'm a very free and radical person. People hate it when I just say the straight truth, it may hurt them but at least they'll know what I think.I live in New York City and often I go to strawberry fields (central park) and just sit there and imagine a world of peace like John said.

“Abbey Road. The name says it all. The place where magic was made. Each song has its own character and never disappoints me. The album starts off great with John's song "Come Together" and followed by George Harrison's song "Something". To me this is the greatest album that could have ever been made.”

“I really like your about me! I live.. an hour away from nyc but i've never been to strawberry fields :(. I keep asking my mom if I can skip school on Dec. 8 but she said no.. but if it's a weekend we can go to Strawberry Fields and The Dakota! The other day I was watching the top 100 most shocking musical moments and #2 was John Lennon's ***assination. It was a quincedence because I was wearing a lennon t-shirt and then I just started crying. It was so sad :(.”

“Yeah, I love those hats. I also like the one that Ringo wears when they're in the field playing a song in Help! with all the tanks around them. That's an awesome hat. And George's Sgt Pepper's hat is pretty cool too. So, I have a thing for hats, who cares? :)

I think John Lennon is the greatest person ever, I read his books over and over again (In His Own Write and A Spaniard in the Works), and I just love how he substituted words for others.
